Getting started on Toraaah
Here you'll find everything you need to get started, manage your account, create content, understand analytics, and make the most of the platform.

Sign Up and Set Up Your Profile
- Visit the Signup page; and fill in the required information
- Log In; fill in your email and password
- Setup Your Ministers Profile: Fill in your profile name
- Complete Profile Setup: On dashboard, click on the profile settings link
- Upload Profile Picture
- Upload Banner Image
- Upload Profile Description

Upload Your Sermon
- Upload Sermon: Click on “Upload Sermon” button on the dashboard
- Select File: Click on “Select File” button, and select either an audio or video file from your device to start the upload process
- Title and Description: Provide a title and description for your sermon.
- Playlists: Add your sermon to a playlist
- You can either create a new playlist or select an existing one
- Checks: Click on Next and wait for the checks to finish before proceeding.
- Visibility: Click on Next to get to the visibility page
- Set your sermon as Public or Private.
- You can also share Private videos with specific people
- Schedule: Select if you want to schedule the sermon upload
- Enter the schedule date and time

Engage with your Audience
- Testimonies: View and reply to testimonies from your audiences
- Analytics: View Statistics: Access detailed analytics to understand trends and audience engagement

Monetize Your Sermons
- Earn on Toraaah: To earn on Toraaah, you have to first meet the monetization requirements. Once you meet the requirements, you earn from streams of subscribed users.
- Analytics and Insights: You can view and monitor your earnings in the monetization section of your dashboard.
- Receiving your Payments: After meeting the requirements, you can withdraw a minimum of 100,00.

Content Guidelines
Acceptable Content
- Inspirational and Educational Sermons: Focus on delivering content from the Bible or related to the Christian Faith.
- Original Work: Ensure that all content is your original work
Prohibited Content:
- Non-Biblical Content: Any content not relating to the Christian faith is prohibited.
- Misinformation: Avoid sharing false or misleading information.
Compliance Checks
- Automatic Scanning upon Upload: All sermons are scanned upon upload to check for:
- Acceptable guidelines.
- Ownership (Copyright Violations).
- Spam or malicious content.
- Manual Checks: Our team reviews content flagged for copyright issues and takes appropriate actions.
Enforcement Actions
- Warnings: For minor violations, the sermon will be taken down, and a warning will be issued with guidance on how to correct the issues
- Suspensions: Repeated violations or severe breaches may result in temporary suspension of your account
- Bans: Accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines may be permanently banned
Appeals Process
- Submit an Appeal: If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or removed, you can submit an appeal through our Help Center.
- Review and Response: Our team will review your appeal and respond within 5-7 business days.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
- Submitting request: Send a detailed request to copyright@toraaah.com including:
- Your contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing content
- A statement of your good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate
- Your electronic or physical signature
- Review Process: Our team will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to infringing content.
- Counter Notification: If your content has been taken down by a copyright request and you believe it was in error, you can send a detailed counter-notification including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your electronic or physical signature
